Description
This Datafield calculates your training load based on your heart activity. The HRSS depends on exercise duration and intensity. The HRSS is based on an exponential scaling factor equation. The HRSS code is according to the web extension Elevate (former Name: Stravistix): http://thomaschampagne.

Works great. Seems pretty accurate too based on my current settings. Very similar reading to that obtained from Training Peaks.
Ausgezeichnete Erweiterung für mein Training Aufzeichnung!!!
Works good although a TRIMP per hour metric would be nice
I use this for gardening.. and it's brilliant. The problem I have is as a runner, I can control the stress of the running, but it's lifes other activities that can push me over the edge. With this I can allow myself say 15 HRSS worth of gardening, keep an eye on the score and pack up when I reach that score, thus not "over training" and setting myself back. If I try and regulate by time it doesn't account for the different intensities of different jobs. Clearly for accurate feedback you need accurate data, so it does mean gardening with a HR strap on, but as it avoids overtraining that's a small price to pay.
