Without an accurate monitor for Glucose, potassium, and sodium loss, hydration is a hit or miss guessing game. Before your workouts, Attach the sweat patch to the device, remembering to press for a few seconds to reinforce, and then add the AbsolutSweat data fields in Garmin watch or code table and this connects AbsolutSweat sensor. Finally, attach the assembly (patch and device) to the front chest. During your workouts, the app will receive and display live data from AbsolutSweat sensor. After your workouts, your sweat rate, water loss and your sweat metabolism metrics will also be saved in your workout.
