JDPI Datafield: Track Your Running Performance and Take Your Training to the Next Level The Jack Daniels Pace Intensity datafield shows your current pace and the intensity of your run in real time, based on the Jack Daniels VDOT tables. It can measure six different types of intensity: easy, marathon, threshold, 10K, interval and repeats. The JDPI Datafield can help you track your progress, stay on track with your training, and avoid overtraining. In the settings you need to enter your current VDOT value. You can find your VDOT value by doing a VDOT test. You can find more information about the VDOT test here: https://runsmartproject.com/calculator/ The JDPI datafield also writes the intensity of your run to the FIT file.
