Data field designed for the Nordic Walking training. It displays the following information: - HR Zone - HR (beats per minute) - Speed or Cadence (steps per minute) - Configurable, see below (*). -Elapsed distance - Laps - Time spent on the move (*) You are able to change the settings within the Garmin Connect Mobile or Garmin Express UI. Here is how to do it: https://apps.garmin.com/settingsHelp. PAY ATTENTION: It's not an app but is is a data field. Hence you have to add this data field to an existing app (Walk for example).
