Descripción
Zhan Zhuang is a standing-practice recorder. The watch interface is in Simplified Chinese, including when the device language is English. Record practice time, heart rate, Garmin-provided respiration rate and wrist movement. A light-background, large-text practice screen shows current readings, while the trend screen covers the last five minutes. Features: - Choose a 5, 10, 15, 20, 30, 45 or 60-minute target. A vibration marks the target; you can keep practicing. - Touch-enabled watches support tap selection and swipe navigation. START starts or pauses practice. UP/DOWN switches screens. Continue, save or discard from the pause menu. - Save a FIT activity and review up to 20 recent summaries on the watch, with averages, data coverage and general practice feedback. - Missing readings appear as dashes or unavailable; the app does not invent data. Respiration comes directly from Garmin. It may be delayed, fluctuate or differ from a manual count, especially after starting or resuming. The app does not estimate or rescale respiration and cannot guarantee its accuracy. Breathe naturally rather than trying to match the displayed number. Wrist movement measures the wrist only; it does not measure whole-body balance, correct posture or therapeutic benefit. Lower heart rate or respiration does not necessarily mean better practice. This app is for recording and general feedback, not medical diagnosis. Supports Forerunner 55, 165/Music, 255/Music/255S/255S Music, 265/265S, 570 (42/47mm), 955, 965 and 970; vivoactive 5/6; Venu 3/3S and Venu 4 (41/45mm); fenix 7/7S/7X and Pro families; fenix 8 AMOLED (43/47/51mm); epix Gen 2/Pro (42/47/51mm); Instinct 2/2S/2X and Instinct 3 Solar (45/50mm) / AMOLED (45/50mm). See the store compatibility list for shared-platform quatix, tactix, Enduro and D2 models. Saved activities use Garmin's training/breathing profile; their presentation depends on Garmin Connect. No developer-server connection, advertising or in-app purchases. Garmin may sync saved activities to Garmin Connect according to your device and account settings. See the privacy policy for details. Store screenshots show simulated data, not real health measurements. Support: 1348749011@qq.com (jqka).
Novedades
Adds AMOLED, MIP and Instinct families, large text on a light background, size-specific layouts, touch input and display-mode handling. Improves saving/recovery on low-memory devices and fixes inset-screen/text overlap. Native respiration availability depends on the watch.
