Descripción
Lazy Dashboard puts a whole ride on one data screen, laid out like a car's instrument cluster. Put it on a page with a single field and ride - it adapts to the sensors you have. CLUSTER - Cadence (left) and speed (right) wings; 3 s power with zone colours and heart rate in the centre. - Magenta markers show your ride averages; when you stop, the big numbers switch to the averages. - No power meter or heart rate? The space goes to what you do have (total ascent, average speed). - NP (normalized power) as a cell option; when you stop, the power caption shows the ride's NP too. - Lazy Digits, a digit font made for this app: big, bold numbers that stay big when the Edge is set to Korean, Japanese or another Asian language (Edge 540/840, 550/850, 1040, 1050). DRIVETRAIN - SRAM AXS and Shimano Di2 gears (e.g. 48/17), gear ratio, cog position and a top-down sprocket chart. - Cross-chained? It shows which gear to shift to. Cadence dropping on a climb or into a headwind? "Shift easier". - Mechanical groupset: ratio estimated from speed and cadence. RIDE - Distance with GPS track, timer, altitude with profile, time of day. - Attitude indicator with grade and a little rider who pedals when you pedal, puts a foot down at a stop and takes a chair on a long break. - Air temperature (the Edge's thermometer) and a wind arrow relative to your direction of travel, in the sky of the attitude indicator. - Phone left behind at a café stop? A full-screen alert when you ride off without it. COURSE - Following a course: the next course point by name and distance (in metres within 1 km) while you ride, the distance to the destination when you stop, an orange off-course distance, and a progress bar with the next point and the finish. BATTERIES - Shifters, derailleurs, power meter, radar (radar tail lights too), speed and cadence sensors. - Healthy ones fold into one "OK n" chip; only the ones that need a look are shown. Voltage / % when you stop. - Edge battery bar at the bottom. Optionally show only the drivetrain and power meter batteries. - Settings right on the Edge, no phone needed: change FTP or cadence bands mid-ride from the data screen menu (or in the Connect IQ app as usual). - English and Korean (follows the device language, or choose in settings). - Day and night colours follow the Edge's background. Verified on a real Edge 1040 with SRAM AXS. Other devices and Di2 are tested in the simulator - feedback welcome. If the store asks you to update your Edge, install the latest Edge software first (e.g. Edge 1040 needs 31.35 or later; Edge 1050 / 850 / 550 need 32.20 or later). Not readable by apps: heart-rate strap, Bluetooth-only sensor and Di2 batteries (use the Edge's sensor page). User manual (English / Korean / Japanese): https://github.com/bwchae/lazy-dashboard Settings (on the Edge or in the phone app): language, FTP, cadence bands, speed scale, cross-chain warning, cells, distance cell, battery row, BLE scan, FIT recording. Edge 520 Plus: phone app only (its firmware has no on-device settings for apps). Permissions: ANT (speed / cadence sensor battery), Bluetooth (AXS battery % from SRAM's broadcasts, no pairing), Positioning (GPS track and heading for wind), Sensor history (the Edge's thermometer), FIT recording (component battery levels and cross-chain time in your activity file), User profile (heart-rate zones). No internet access, no data leaves your Edge.
Novedades
1.1.1 - Ride timer stays big after an hour: shown as h:mm (label "TIMER h:mm"). - Shimano Di2: the battery-row note no longer hides the other sensor batteries on small screens. - Setting "Balance cell" is now called "Altitude cell" (it shows altitude unless you pick something else). 1.1.0 - New: Lazy Digits, a digit font made for this app - big numbers on Edge 540/840, 550/850, 1040 and 1050, also when the Edge is set to Korean, Japanese or another Asian language. - New: course guidance - next course point name and distance (metres within 1 km), distance to the destination when stopped, orange off-course distance, progress bar with the next point and the finish. - New: NP (normalized power) as a cell option, and in the power caption when stopped. - Heart rate gives its cell back after 1 minute without a signal (e.g. a watch broadcast switched off). - Stopped without power or heart rate: stop duration instead of a repeated average speed. - Fixed: a course point name cut off by Garmin Connect could freeze the field. - Fixed: with several other recording data fields the field could stop at start-up (Garmin's per-activity limit on FIT fields). Fewer FIT fields, and a new setting "Record to FIT" to turn them off. - More free memory on small-screen Edges; many small layout fixes. - User manual in English, Korean and Japanese: github.com/bwchae/lazy-dashboard
