Descripción
Track the effective time of your workout or activity. This data field tracks the time you spend when doing actual work and ignores the rest time. Each time you start a new set the timer tracks your time. When you finish the set, the timer pauses automatically. The result? You have always visible the actual training time of your workout and not the time you spend resting or checking your phone.

Supports the latest Garmin watches. I just bought a new watch and couldn't let it without the Net Workout data-field :-)
