Just New V2 IQ — Premium Digital Watch Face A feature-rich, fully customizable digital watch face with 8 data fields, 6 progress bars (2 linear + 4 round), and weather integration via OpenWeatherMap. Designed for Fenix, Epix, Forerunner, Venu, and Vivoactive series with Always-On Display (AOD) support and burn-in protection. FEATURES • Time — Large hours and minutes with customizable colors. 12h/24h format with optional leading zero. Seconds display always-on or on-demand. • Date — Day, month, and weekday. Formats: SUN 1 JUN, SUN JUN 1, JUN 1 SUN, JUN SUN 1, 1 JUN 2025, JUN 1 2025. Below-date field options: Day/Week/Year counters, Sunrise-Sunset times, or Previous/Next Sun Event. • 8 Data Fields — Choose what to display in each position: Heart Rate, Steps, Floors, Distance, Calories, Active Calories, Active Minutes (daily/weekly), Battery, Weather (Garmin or OpenWeatherMap), UV Index, UV+AQI combo, Battery+Solar combo, Wind Speed (m/s, km/h, mph, knots + Beaufort), Sunrise/Sunset, Next Sun Event, SpO2, Altitude, Pressure (mmHg/Millibars/Inches), Body Battery, Stress Level, VO2 Max (Run/Cycle), Recovery Time, Respiration, Sensor Temperature, Weight, Humidity, Week Number, Secondary Time Zone, Moon Phase, Notifications, Bluetooth, Solar Intensity, Location, Seconds. • 2 Linear Progress Bars (Top + Bottom) — Each supports: Bluetooth, Move Bar, Battery, Steps, Floors, Calories, Active Minutes (weekly), Solar Intensity, UV Bar, Sun Bar (sunrise-sunset visualization), AQI Bar, Heart Rate, Body Battery, Stress Level, Humidity. • 4 Round Progress Bars (Left Up, Right Up, Left Down, Right Down) — Same options as linear bars, each with customizable fill and empty colors. • Moon Phase — Optional moon display next to time showing the current lunar phase with configurable color. • AOD — Low-power mode with burn-in protection for AMOLED watches. Shows time, optional date, and notifications while minimizing battery consumption. Resolution-optimized for 360px, 390px, 416px, and 454px displays. OPENWEATHERMAP SETUP This watch face uses OpenWeather's One Call API 3.0 ("One Call by Call" plan) for extended data (UV, Wind, Humidity, Air Quality). Important: OpenWeather requires a payment card when subscribing to this plan, BUT you will NOT be charged as long as you stay within the free tier of 1,000 calls/day — more than enough for this watch face at any update interval. To be 100% safe, set a daily call limit in your OpenWeather account so billing can never occur. 1. Create a free account at https://openweathermap.org 2. Subscribe to "One Call by Call" at https://openweathermap.org/price 3. Recommended: in Billing plans, set "Calls per day (no more than)" to 1,000. 4. Copy your key from "API Keys" (a new key may take a couple of hours to activate). 5. In the Garmin Connect IQ app, open the watch face settings. 6. Paste the key into "Your OpenWeatherMap API Key". 7. Set update interval (10, 15, 20, 30, 45, or 60 min). GPS COORDINATES Weather, Sun Events, and Sun Bar require GPS coordinates, obtained automatically from an active GPS activity or from your phone via the Garmin Weather service. If unavailable, open any GPS activity on your watch, wait for GPS lock, then stop it. The watch face reuses the last known position. COLORS All colors customizable via hex codes. Customize: Background, Foreground, Hours, Minutes, Date, Icons, Solar, Moon, and all 6 Progress Bars (fill + empty). Tip: use black on AMOLED to save battery. SECONDARY TIME ZONE UTC -12 to +12 with optional +30 min shift for half-hour zones (e.g., India UTC+5:30).
