The time is displayed using large digits that overlap each other, filling the screen without feeling cramped. Two font styles available: solid filled with a black border, or hollow outlined digits. You can show up to two data fields, one above and one below the time. Options include battery, heart rate, calories, active calories, steps, floors climbed, notifications, seconds, intensity minutes, VO2 max (run/bike), body battery, stress, pulse ox, respiration rate, recovery time, current weather, temperature high/low, humidity, week number, calendar events, time zones, training status, weekly run/bike distance, and phone connection status. Each shows a small icon next to the value. Date can also be enabled, showing day of week and day number in a vertical arrangement. Colors are fully independent. Pick different colors for hours, minutes, date, and each indicator separately. 19 color choices for the time digits and a smaller palette for the rest. You can also toggle leading zero for 12-hour format and choose between two date layouts. On AMOLED devices, always-on display is supported with position shifting to prevent burn-in. The face uses partial updates and caches indicator data at reasonable intervals to keep battery drain minimal.
