BaseballWatch 2026 for Garmin brings real-time pro baseball tracking to your wrist. Follow up to 20 of your favorite players live during games, with auto-refreshing scores, base-runner display, and notifications the moment a tracked player steps to the plate or takes the mound. Default list is loaded with the most-followed Japanese pro baseball players. To replace a player, enter the player's ID in the Garmin Connect IQ app settings. You can look up player IDs (and find more help) at our website: https://easymoat.github.io/baseballwatch/ DISPLAY LAYOUT Main Screen: - Top: Current time (turns green for 15s after manual refresh — pitch-clock cue) - Player name + uniform number (green when monitored, white when not) - Current event (At Bat / Pitching / Pitching K / Pitching BB / Pitching HBP / Pitching WP / Pitching HR / Resting / Strikeout / Single / Final / etc.) - Player stats (AB/H/HR/RBI for batters; IP/K/H/ER for pitchers) - Inning-by-inning scoreboard (away/home with totals) - Live game block — pitcher (left) and batter (right) names with stats - Diamond image with BSO count and active base runners Detail Screen: - Player name + number, team, batting order, position - At-bat history - Game pitching stats - Season stats grid HOW TO USE Main Screen: - UP/DOWN buttons (or swipe): Switch between registered players - START button: Force immediate data refresh — clock turns green for 15s (pitch-clock duration) - Tap pitcher/batter name during live game: Temporarily view that player's detail (auto-clears on next player switch) - Long press upper half: Toggle notification monitoring on the displayed player (name turns green when monitored) - Long press lower half (diamond area): Open detail screen - BACK button: Exit widget Detail Screen: - UP/DOWN: Scroll up/down through stats - BACK: Return to main screen - SELECT/START: Return to main screen NOTIFICATIONS 1. Long press the upper area of the main screen to set a player as monitored — name turns green. 2. Notifications fire when a monitored player transitions to: - At Bat (steps to the plate) - Pitching (takes the mound at the start of an inning) 3. The widget automatically switches the screen to that player so you immediately see who triggered the alert. 4. Notification mode is configurable in the Garmin Connect IQ settings.
