Fitness challenge counter glance that figures out how many reps you should be doing. It calculates based on starting the week on Sundays. The glance displays: - What week it is - How many repetitions of your exercise (like push-ups) you should be doing if you started at 25 reps, then increased your reps by 1 each week - How many repetitions of your exercise you should be doing if you started at 1 rep, then increased your reps by 1 each week - How long you should do your exercise (like planks) if you start at 4 seconds and then add 4 seconds to your exercise time each week
