Quickly see at a glance how many miles or kilometers you have run over the past 7 days on the current device. For example, on a Wednesday, the widget will display total running mileage since the last Thursday to today. This is useful if you are trying to keep your 7-day 'mileage load' around a certain amount regardless of when a normal training week might start or end. This widget will also show your average 7-day mileage from the past 4 weeks. The ratio of your 7-day to 4-week average (your acute-to-chronic mileage ratio) will be plotted on a colored bar to indicate whether you are within the commonly accepted optimal range of between .8 and 1.3.
