Description
Track your sobriety journey directly on your Garmin watch during any activity. This data field displays the number of days (and optionally the "days" label) since your sobriety start date — right alongside your workout stats. FEATURES: - Shows days sober during any activity (running, cycling, gym, etc.) - Two display formats: "365 days" or just "365" - Set your sobriety start date in Garmin Connect app settings - Lightweight — no impact on battery or performance HOW TO USE: 1.
