Description
One full-screen data field for your regular run activity. It picks what you see by itself. During a Garmin workout you see the interval: the metres or time to go, a bar with your target pace and what comes next. During recovery it counts down, with your heart rate and the next interval. Set a race distance and you see your projected finish time, how far ahead or behind your goal you are, and the pace you still need. Otherwise you choose: Free (pace with a ring of your heart rate zones), Splits (ahead or behind on this kilometre, with your last eight splits) or Zone coach (your heart rate, with SLOW DOWN or SPEED UP and a vibration when you leave your zone). Six backgrounds that change per screen, three colour schemes, English and Dutch. Tip: put Run on a 1-field data screen. In a smaller field it shows just a label and one number.
