Everest — A Real Climb to the Roof of the World Climb the South Col Route every single day. This watch face turns your daily activity into a real ascent of the highest mountain on Earth: Mount Everest, 8849 m. THE BACKGROUND IS A REAL PHOTOGRAPH A real photograph of Everest taken from Kala Patthar sits behind everything — the iconic golden-lit summit, the sharp Nuptse spire, the West Shoulder, and the Khumbu Icefall flowing down toward base camp. The classic climbing route is overlaid directly on the visible terrain, passing each camp in geographic order: ① Base Camp (5364 m) — start of the climb ② Camp 1 (6065 m) — top of the Khumbu Icefall ③ Camp 2 (6553 m) — Western Cwm ④ Camp 3 (7163 m) — Lhotse Face ⑤ South Col / Camp 4 (8016 m) — high-altitude bivouac, the "death zone" ⑥ Mount Everest summit (8849 m) A solid orange line shows the part of the climb you have already covered today; a dashed line shows what is left. A glowing pulse marks your current position, interpolated smoothly between camps. When you complete your daily goal, you stand at the summit beside a gold marker and a red mountaineering flag — the roof of the world. PICK WHAT DRIVES THE CLIMB Choose what fills the trail from the Connect IQ app on your phone: • Steps — toward your daily step goal • Floors Climbed — toward your daily floors goal • Battery — 100 % battery puts you at the summit A single watch face, three completely different daily stories. 12 USER-CONFIGURABLE COLORS Re-skin the watch face without touching the photograph. Six trail-related colors: • Trail (remaining) — dashed line ahead of you • Trail (progress) — solid line behind you • Current Position — pulse marker • Summit — Mount Everest waypoint dot • Camps — Camp 1, Camp 2, Camp 3 • Bivouac (South Col) — defaults to red, like a real high-altitude tent camp Plus six classic colors: Hour digits, Minute digits, Date, Icons, Field Values, Background. THREE CONFIGURABLE DATA FIELDS Three slots around the trail show whatever data you choose, each with a clean custom icon: Steps, Heart Rate, Calories, Distance, Floors Climbed, Altitude, Battery, Weather (temperature), Barometric Pressure (with rising / falling / stable trend), Body Battery, Stress. Independently selectable for top-left, top-right, and bottom positions. PROFESSIONAL TYPOGRAPHY Time and date are drawn with custom bitmap fonts ported from the well-known Just Duo IQ project, perfectly sized for every supported resolution. Each character has a 1-pixel dark outline so the time stays crisply readable against bright snow or dark Himalayan rock. OPTIONAL TRAIL LABELS Toggle trail-text labels (camp names and altitudes) directly on the photo. Labels on: a fully annotated mountaineering map. Labels off: just the photo and a clean trail line — minimal and immersive. ALWAYS-ON DISPLAY Full AOD support. In always-on mode the photo fades to a clean black background showing only the date and time in your selected colors — minimum pixels lit, maximum battery life, with a built-in burn-in-protection mask that subtly shifts position every few minutes.
