Description
A watch face for runners on a plan. Five-Two shows your next session from intervals.icu, counts down the days to your next A race and keeps the time big. Made for the plans from Train like Nils, a free generator that turns Nils van der Poel's 5-2 week (train five days, rest two) into a running plan for 10k to 100 miles and sends it to intervals.icu and on to your watch: https://mrmujo.github.io/train-like-nils/ It works with any plan you keep in intervals.icu. ON THE FACE - The time in worn split digits, worn stacked digits, inlay digits or your watch's own font - Your next session and how long it is, coloured by kind: easy, threshold, race pace, race - Days to your next A race - A ring round the dial and a bar at three o'clock: race countdown, step goal, the 5-2 week, barometer, battery or Body Battery - Three fields: heart rate, steps, calories, barometer, race countdown, or your active calories counted in beers, kanelbullar or bags of chips - Five colour schemes: Clean, Sunset, Aurora, Gruvbox and Retro 82 SET UP 1. In intervals.icu, open Settings → Developer settings and copy your API key. 2. In the Connect IQ app on your phone, open Five-Two's settings and paste the key. Without a key, Five-Two works as a plain watch face, without the session line and race countdown. Change the look on the watch, in the watch face's own settings. PRIVACY Your key is kept on your watch and only ever sent to intervals.icu. Five-Two reads your heart rate, steps, calories and air pressure on the watch, and uses your profile (weight, height, age) to work out active calories. None of that leaves the watch. Five-Two isn't made by or affiliated with Garmin, intervals.icu or Nils van der Poel. WHAT'S NEW (1.0) ---------------- First release.
