You can copy and share it with others and you can apply new ones. If you change color settings, the themestring will update itsself after saving and reopening the settings. If you put an exklamation mark (!) in front of your themestring the watchface will save this setting for a theme to switch to after sunset (and before sunrise). To delete it: Type a single ! in the themestring field and save. The themestring field will always show your current daytime themestring.
