Description
Metric Pro combines a bold digital clock, a weekly date strip and a clear performance dashboard. Choose from 20 coordinated color themes for the active face and large Always On display. This watch face costs US$4, a one-time external Athlete World license, not a native Garmin purchase. How to purchase and activate: 1. Buy Metric Pro at https://athleteworld.store/en/themes/metric-pro. 2. Complete checkout and copy the activation code from your Athlete World confirmation email. 3. Install Metric Pro from Connect IQ and open its Settings. 4. Paste the code into Activation code, tap Save, and keep the watch connected to your phone with internet. Garmin scheduling may delay the first attempt; temporary connection failures are retried automatically. One license supports up to three compatible watches. Phone/internet connectivity is needed for activation and fresh Garmin weather data. Features: - 20 color themes, including the original orange design. - Eight independently configurable stats: elevation, heart rate, recovery, steps, distance, calories, running VO2 estimate and battery by default. Additional choices include floors, intensity minutes, Body Battery and date, where available. - Weather conditions and fixed sunrise/sunset times. - Large stacked Always On clock and date using the selected theme on AMOLED watches. - Optional seconds; the clock shifts toward the center when seconds are disabled. - Proportional battery icon and segmented battery bar. - System, 12-hour and 24-hour time; six date formats and six date languages. Metric labels and activation status remain in English. - Elevation in meters/feet, distance in km/miles and temperature in C/F according to the watch settings. - Long press supported stats to open their native Garmin glance when supported. No shortcut is assigned where Garmin does not expose a corresponding complication. Heart-rate and elevation charts use the latest available recorded samples, not an ECG or a fixed multi-hour timeline. Other bars show progress toward watch or personal goals. VO2 requires a Garmin running estimate; its bar uses a configurable personal target, not a Garmin fitness classification. Recovery is shown in hours; its ring uses a configurable hour scale, not Training Readiness or a recovery score. Missing data is shown as --. Weather and solar times depend on Garmin weather data and its observation location. Data availability and touch shortcuts vary by watch and firmware. MIP watches retain the full face in low power without the seconds timer; reduced resolution and color depth affect detail. No hydration, message contents or training-load classification is displayed. Nouveautés
Added optional Full Always On in the Connect IQ settings to keep the complete watch face visible with AMOLED dimming. Improved wake-up rendering, reused drawing resources, and deferred sensor subscriptions and maintenance until after the first visible frame. The simplified Always On option remains available.
