A widget that shows your daily readiness score based on your body's recovery metrics. Languages Supported: English, Portuguese, Spanish, German, French, Italian, Norwegian, Polish, Russian, Swedish ___________________________________________________ Your readiness score (0-100) is calculated using: • Body Battery (HRV, Stress, Workout Load & Sleep quality) • Recovery Time • Resting Heart Rate vs 7-day average • SpO2 levels ___________________________________________________ Status levels: • GO HARD (80-100): You're fully recovered and ready for intense training • READY (60-79): Good to go for regular workouts • GO EASY (40-59): Consider lighter activity today • REST (0-39): Your body needs recovery
