Turn your Garmin into a sailing instrument and a multi-day logbook. SailEver records every track as a real Sailing activity, shows 13 live instruments on one screen and tells you how far you sailed and how far you motored, day after day. Set up in seconds on deck: start a new trip, pick Sail, Engine or Anchor with a few clicks and the watch does the rest. Stop for the night, continue tomorrow, and the trip carries on where you left off. DASHBOARD - Speed over ground with a 3-minute speed curve, top and average speed - Course over ground, distance, pressure and trend, time of day and activity timer TRACK - North-up track plot with 7 zoom steps and a scale bar - Tack and jibe angles, measured on every turn ENVIRONMENT - Sunrise and sunset, position, next high and low tide, pressure trend and moon phase TRIPS - 8 vessel states: Engine, Motorsail, Sail, Anchor, Buoy, Mooring, Shoreline and Adrift - Sailed and motored miles per track and for the whole trip - Low-power pause for lunch stops and nights at anchor: GPS off, black screen, one press to carry on - Nothing is lost when the app closes: the track resumes where it stopped - Saved to Garmin Connect as a Sailing activity ALERTS AND AUTO-STATS - Float alert when the boat moves at anchor, on a buoy or moored (0.3 to 2.0 kn) - Low battery alert (5 to 25 %) - Storm warning when pressure drops 0.5 to 4.0 hPa in 3 hours - Auto-stats every 1, 5 or 10 nm, or every 30 min or 1 h: time or distance, average and top speed of the last interval - Alerts: red screen, 3 beeps, 3 vibrations. Auto-stats: 1 beep. Both close after 6 seconds or with any key. - Set everything under Settings in the start menu ONLINE LOGBOOK - Pair the watch with your account at sailever.com/pair using a 6-digit code - Tracks upload by themselves while you sail and when you stop, and appear in your logbook at sailever.com - No connection on the water? Tracks wait on the watch until the next upload - Tides for your position come back with every upload The online logbook is in beta: pairing needs an invitation, which you can request at sailever.com. Without pairing, everything on the watch and in Garmin Connect works as before. PRIVACY The watch sends nothing to SailEver until you agree on the watch, the first time you open pairing. - Track map: on watches with maps, the Track view can show your track and boat on the watch's own installed map. It is off by default; switch it on under Settings, Track map - The map only runs while the Track view is on screen, and not on the Pause view - Boating trips: set Settings, Activity Type to Boating and your next new trip is saved to Garmin Connect as Boating instead of Sailing - A trip keeps its type until you start a new one; the start menu shows Continue boating and New boating trip
