This heart rate data field is an evolution of my "Wahoo-like coloured HR Datafield" which dynamically changes its color based on the cycling heart rate zones. It retrieves the cycling heart rate zones via a system call from your user profile in Garmin Connect. Additionally, this data field changes its color based on the target heart rate zones defined within the training file when performing a training. So, when you are within the target range, the background color will be green. In case you are above the range, it will be red. When within 10% below the minimum target, it will be blue, and when below this, it will show the value in red. In addition, it will also show arrows beside the value which are either pointing down or up, depending on whether you are below or above the target range.
