説明
FLOWBIO is redefining how athletes understand hydration. Using the world’s most accurate sweat sensor, the FLOWBIO Sensor analyses your sweat in real time to measure fluid and sodium loss with lab precision. Powered by AHi® (Advanced Hydration Intelligence), it combines your sweat data, effort, and environment to deliver personalised hydration insights so you know exactly what to drink, when, and why. What this data field does This data field brings your FLOWBIO Sensor onto your Garmin watch or bike computer. It shows during your activity: - Fluid loss (L) - Sodium loss (mg) - Sensor status: connected, searching, sensor full or sensor needs charging It starts, pauses and stops your sensor session with your activity timer, so you don’t need your phone mid-run or mid-ride. When you save the activity, your total fluid and sodium loss are added to its summary in Garmin Connect. Requirements - A FLOWBIO Sensor running firmware [5.0] or later. If your sensor needs an update, the field shows UPDATE SENSOR; update it in the FLOWBIO app. - Live fluid and sodium values appear in running and cycling activities. Other activity types record a session to your sensor without showing live values. - Values update about once a minute and first appear about 10 minutes into a session, once there’s enough sweat to measure. Getting started 1. Add the FLOWBIO data field to a data screen in your running or cycling activity profile. 2. On newer devices, pair your sensor under Sensors & Accessories. On older devices the field connects to the nearest FLOWBIO sensor. To choose a specific one, set its name under Preferred sensor in the field’s settings in the Connect IQ app. 3. Turn your sensor on and start your activity. FLOWBIO’s estimates are for training and information only. They are not medical advice and are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition.
