完全なドキュメント、セットアップ手順、サポートはこちら: https://absolutebollockscreations.com/apps/ftms/ Bluetooth Smart対応のステアステッパーを、Garminで使えるトレーナーに。 FTMS Stair Stepper は、Connect IQ のデータフィールドです。FTMS対応のステアステッパーに直接接続し、標準のGarminアクティビティ内にトレーナーの指標を記録します。速度、ステップ数、ケイデンス、ペース、パワー、負荷、対応している場合は傾斜、消費カロリーなどを腕時計で記録したい方に最適です。 使い方 Stair Stepper や Floor Climb などのGarmin内蔵アクティビティに、このデータフィールドを追加します。アクティビティを編集 → データ画面 → Connect IQ フィールド。 アクティビティを開始すると、近くのFTMSステアステッパーをスキャンします。 お使いのマシンが表示されたら、Start を押してペアリングし、記録を開始します。 近くに複数のマシンがある場合、検出されたトレーナーを順番に切り替えて表示し、推定距離も表示するので正しい機器を選べます。 ダイナミック・トレーニングプロファイル 最大3つまでカスタマイズ可能なトレーニングプロファイルを作成できます。対応しているトレーナー制御を自動で調整できます。対応状況は機種により異なります。機器や好みに合わせた構造化トレーニングに役立ちます。 重要な互換性の注意 ステアステッパーとステアクライマーは、異なるFTMSプロファイルを使用します。本アプリは、左右交互に上下するペダルタイプのステアステッパー向けです。エスカレーターのように回転する段差タイプの場合は、代わりに FTMS Stair Climber をご利用ください。 ワークアウト後 FTMSの指標はFITファイルに書き込まれ、アクティビティ保存時にGarmin Connectへアップロードされます。アクティビティ詳細でConnect IQフィールドを確認してください。Garminの仕様上、Connect IQデータフィールドは距離などのネイティブ統計を上書きできませんが、必要に応じて後からアクティビティを編集して値をコピーできます。 トラブルシューティング FTMS機器は通常、同時に1つの接続しか許可しません。Zwift、Kinomap など別アプリがすでに接続している場合、このデータフィールドは同時に接続できません。 プライバシーと権限 個人データを収集または送信しません。ワークアウト指標をアクティビティのFITファイルに書き込むだけです。任意の権限は、計算精度向上のために体重や心拍ゾーンなどのプロフィール情報を読み取る目的でのみ使用されます。 質問や機器の問題 Contact Developer から、マシンのモデル名とウォッチのモデル名を添えてご連絡ください。より迅速にサポートできます。
