説明
TrainIQ Field shows the four metrics that matter most during a run — all on one screen. ROW 1 — TRUE PACE Wind-adjusted pace calculated in real time from GPS speed and current weather data. Headwind slows you down; tailwind speeds you up. TRUE PACE reflects the actual effort behind your speed. Wind-corrected pace calculated in real time. Into a headwind your pace reads slower than GPS speed; with a tailwind it reads faster. TRUE PACE reflects how hard you are actually working — the effort behind the number. ROW 2 — LOAD · EFF · INT - LOAD (Training Stress Score): Cumulative fatigue for this session. A 60-minute run at LTHR intensity = 100 pts. Tracks how hard you've worked. - EFF (Efficiency Factor): Pace relative to heart rate. A rising EFF over weeks means your aerobic fitness is improving. - INT (Intensity Factor): Current average HR ÷ LTHR. Below 0.75 = easy; 0.85 = moderate; 1.0+ = at or above threshold. ROW 3 — AQI · HR · HRZ - AQI: Live air quality index from OpenWeatherMap. Know before you push hard outdoors. - HR: Current heart rate in bpm. - HRZ: Heart rate zone based on LTHR (Friel 5-Zone: Z1 Recovery → Z5 Max). ROW 4 — WIND Wind direction, speed (m/s), and raw GPS pace. See exactly what the wind is doing to your run. SETTINGS - LTHR: Set your Lactate Threshold Heart Rate. All zones, IF, and LOAD are calculated from this single anchor. - Color theme: 30 value-text color options. Requires an OpenWeatherMap API key for AQI and wind data (free tier sufficient).
新機能
v1.0.50 - Labels updated for clarity: TSS → LOAD, EF → EFF, IF → INT, ZONE → HRZ - TRUE PACE position fine-tuned (10% left of center, bezel-safe) - ROW 2 value text scaled for readability across all supported devices
