This watch face is a circular adaptation of the Berlin Clock, or set theory clock, developed by Dieter Binninger in the mid-seventies. Originally, it stood at Kurfürstendamm in Berlin. A copy was installed at the Sparkasse building in the city center of Oldenburg. The time can be read by adding packages of 5- and 1-hours and minutes, respectively (see image). Reading starts at the top and goes clockwise. Since I converted the bars to arcs, I call it the cyclic Binninger watch, or CyBy-Watch for short. The central circle flashes every second. The ring between the 1-hour and 5-minute rings can be customized to show either the date, battery charge, step goal, floor goal, active minutes goal, or both step goal (left) and battery charge (right) together. The battery ring will turn green during charging. If there is a connection to the mobile via Bluetooth, the central circle turns blue. If there is a new message, it turns red. If active alarms are set, central rings are displayed. All colors can be set in the settings (ConnectApp). Note that I employed the power-saving mode, so the centre circle will only flash once a minute or when you look at the watch (gesture activation of the active screen).
