This is normal, you don't need to do anything. Q: I paid but my watch is still locked. A: Unlocking can take up to 5 minutes after payment — your watch checks for the license in the background. If it's still locked after that, make sure your watch is connected to your phone and the Garmin Connect app is running. Q: I already paid and it's asking again. A: You won't be charged twice. Go to https://k-pay.io/code/unlock, enter your 6-digit code and the email address you used at purchase, and it will unlock for free. Q: What's the difference between the two versions? A: The watch face is identical. Only the payment differs: the Garmin Store version is bought once through Garmin, this one lets you try it free for 15 minutes first and is paid through K-Pay. You only need one of them. Q: I want a refund. A: Contact us within 30 days at garminfacehub.com/contact/ and we'll help you out. Q: I lost my confirmation email. A: Visit https://k-pay.io/lookup to retrieve your unlock codes. --------------------------------------------------
