説明
The Vida Corrida app connects your Garmin watch to the Vida Corrida Portal, the training platform from Vida Corrida Assessoria Esportiva, a running coaching service based in Brazil. With it you can: • See today's workout and the full week directly on your watch. • Download the workout as a native Garmin workout file — opens right in the watch's running app, with pace targets and steps already set up. • Check last week's workouts too, if you want to look back. • Get a quick summary from the Glance, without even opening the app. Exclusive to active Vida Corrida Assessoria athletes (Rio Grande/RS, Brazil, and online). Generate your connection code in the Vida Corrida Portal to set it up. vidacorridaassessoria.com.br

Treinos da semana ficam salvos direto no relógio ao sincronizar — funcionam mesmo sem o celular por perto depois.
