For more information and instructions please refer to my website: garmin.eho-systems.de ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Creating this data field was inspired by the "80/20 Training System"*. The data field gives a visual feedback about the training zone you're currently running at. This helps to plan and train more effectively as you will not have to tinker with the training zones of your watch. The zones are labeled as specified by the "80/20 Training System". You will get a detailed summary after your training in Garmin Connect. So you can reflect training goals and plan your further training accordingly. You can switch display from heart rate, pace or power by pressing start/stop twice during activity. Please set up your lactate threshold heart rate, functional training pace and power in the ConnectIQ app settings to get correct zone calculation. Instructions about finding these values can be found in the book mentioned below or at www.8020endurance.com. The zones are then calculated automatically. Note that data for all three types of metric will be recorded and will be displayed later in your training statistics on the Garmin Connect platform! PLEASE NOTE WHEN USING RUN POWER: - Enter STRYD power sensor ANT+ ID in app settings for direct connection to sensor. Enter "0" for ANT+ ID to use power sensor connection from watch (default). - Remove ANT+ ID string in app settings to not display power at all. - Garmin HRM belt and Garmin Run Pod can't be used for power measurement as these do not provide external power data! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- * The "80/20 Training System" was invented by D.
