== Overview == This datafield provides a graph showing the percentage of time spent in the defined HR-zones. The bars grow depending on the time you spend in the HR-zone during the activity. It is designed for use in every screen-layout and field size, keeping the default textsize and style, but showing more information about heart rate in a single field. User configuration is supported for definition of user-depending HR-zones and options. For using this field you need a HR sensor (built in or extern HR strap) connected to your watch. == How to use == The datafield is used inside an activity (not as watchface or widget). You have to insert it on a data page of your activity. Go to device settings, choose the activity, select a data page, select a field for changing, select the field type (ConnectIQ for datafields from app store), select this datafield. Then it's assigned to a data page and you will see it after starting the activity. == User-Configuration == The datafield uses the possibility of defining user-settings using Garmin Connect Mobile or Garmin Express. For details on how to change settings please check this thread: https://apps.garmin.com/settingsHelp The following options are supported: - Use HR-Zones from user profile or definition of independent HR-Zones only for this datafield. - Show HR-value as percent - Show zone number with decimal value as text behind the zone value - Count only inside zones. If set: only HR values between zone 1 and 5 are added to chart. If not set: HR values smaller than zone 1 are added to zone 1 column, HR values greater than zone 5 are added to zone 5 - Show HR-value colored in zone color - Select a chart design (several variations from transparent to solid) - Select dynamic textsize depending on field size or one of several fixed sizes - The Datafield supports calculating HR-% based on HR.Max, HR-Rest or LTHR HR-Max: HR-% is calculated for the range 0 to HR-Max (HR-Max is read from App-Settings/Zones or from user profile) HR-Rest: HR% is calculated for the range HR-Rest to HR-Max (e.g. 50=0%...180=100% if you set 50 as HR-Rest in App settings) LTHR: HR% is calculated for the range 0 to LTHR (0=0%, 160=100%, 180=112% if you set 160 as LTHR in App settings) == Questions? == Please use the „contact developer“ form on the right. ...or write a comment in the forum: https://forums.garmin.com/developer/connect-iq/f/showcase/2187/datafield-heart-rate-zones-chart

If you get problems after update (iq-Logo instead of datafield), please uninstall and install the datafield again. That fixes most problems of changd app settings. Newer devices (all others) will get updates. 1.6 New option for background color. You can select background color from activity settings (default) or you can select white or black. Select the fixed color if your device doesn't report the activity background to datafields (like Vivoactive 4s). Added "HR" caption for full width fields to identify the field if you have installed the power chart next to this field. 1.5.2 New option in app settings for inverted text border (only for colored text). Activate it if colored text on white background has not enough contrast. 1.5.1 Bugfix of iQ-Error on startup of activity. 1.5.0 Added a second gray triangle pointer behind the white one which is showing the average HR value Added possibility to show average HR as text behind the current HR value. This option can be activated in app settings.
