설명
Locus Ballistics puts your firing solution on your wrist. It is the watch companion of the Locus Ballistics app for iPhone and Android: the phone solves the ballistics, the watch shows the holds. Eyes on the target, phone in the pocket. ON THE WATCH • Main screen: the target's name and distance, big elevation and windage holds in MIL or MOA, and the wind they are for. UP / DOWN page through the targets • Target list: every target of your location with its distance and holds • Target offsets: the difference from the first target, starred (*U2.46 L0.72), in the list and on the main screen; one toggle switches back to full holds • Target details: spin drift, Coriolis, time of flight, velocity, Mach, shot angle and azimuth • Range card: elevation and wind for every distance step; any distance opens in detail • Glance: rifle, ammo and a compact range card CONTROL FROM THE WATCH • START on a target: Edit, Offsets, Rename, Add, Delete, Details • Edit or add a target: azimuth from the watch compass, then distance and shot angle • Hold UP for the menu: wind, atmosphere, targets, locations, range card, sync with phone, rifle and ammo, settings • Wind: speed and clock direction, for one target or for all • Atmosphere: ambient pressure from the watch barometer, temperature and humidity • Switch rifle, ammo and shooting location; change units; toggle spin drift, Coriolis and aerodynamic jump • BACK always returns to the previous screen WORKS OFFLINE The watch keeps the last solution from the phone, so the holds are there without signal. Changes made on the watch are computed on the watch and sent to the phone when it is in reach. No pop-ups: a thin ring flashes around the screen when data arrives (blue), is sent (green) or fails (red). EVERY SCREEN Layouts fit round, square and Instinct screens; on the Instinct a black-and-white design uses the round window. Watches with the least memory (Instinct 2 / 2S / 2X, Descent G1) work together with the phone: the phone solves the changes made on the watch, and there is no detail screen or glance. REQUIREMENTS • Locus Ballistics app on iPhone or Android, paired with the watch in Garmin Connect • Locus Pro subscription in the phone app THANKS To my friends who go for coffee with me, and to Danylo Smirnov and Bohdan Varshchuk, who want this app to exist.
새로운 기능
• Instinct 2 / 2S / 2X and Descent G1: the app starts again (it ran out of memory); on these watches changes are solved by the phone • START on a target: Edit, Offsets, Rename, Add, Delete, Details • Edit and add: azimuth from the compass first (DOWN keeps it), then distance and angle • Target list: distance and holds on one line, the name above it where there is room • Target offsets: starred differences from the first target, in the list and on the main screen • Instinct: compass screen fits the round window
