설명
Fall asleep to an audiobook or a podcast and SleepStop stops it for you, then winds it back to the last part you heard - so in the morning you pick up where you actually stopped listening, not hours later. This watch app measures your heart rate and how still you are. SleepStop works out when you have fallen asleep, and your phone stops the audio. REQUIRES THE SLEEPSTOP PHONE APP (Android) This watch app does nothing on its own: it measures, and the phone app is what stops and rewinds your audio. You need both. - Get the phone app on Google Play: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=app.sleepstop.ws then USD 2.99 per month (or the local price shown in Google Play before you pay). Cancel any time in Google Play. WHAT YOU NEED - An Android phone with Garmin Connect installed and this watch paired - The SleepStop phone app, from the link above - Bluetooth left on overnight HOW IT WORKS - It adapts to you. The heart-rate thresholds come from your own resting heart rate and refresh daily. There is nothing to calibrate by hand. - Five independent ways of recognising sleep. PRIVACY Your sleep data never leaves your devices. No account, no analytics, no server of ours - the watch talks to your phone and nowhere else.
새로운 기능
