Track your sobriety journey directly on your Garmin watch during any activity. This data field displays the number of days (and optionally the "days" label) since your sobriety start date — right alongside your workout stats. FEATURES: - Shows days sober during any activity (running, cycling, gym, etc.) - Two display formats: "365 days" or just "365" - Set your sobriety start date in Garmin Connect app settings - Lightweight — no impact on battery or performance HOW TO USE: 1. Add the data field to any activity profile in Garmin Connect 2. Go to Settings and enter your sobriety start date 3.
