Stryd Zones data field enables Stryd compatibility on Garmin watches. The Stryd Zones data field enables runners to monitor and execute power-based workouts with precision. It displays real-time power data, including current power zones, and provides visual and auditory alerts if you stray from your target power range. The data field is highly customizable, enabling users to adjust the metrics displayed on their watch to focus on what matters most during their training sessions. This ensures that runners can maintain the correct intensity throughout their workouts, leading to more effective training and better performance outcomes.
