Each second, discover your average vertical speed of the last minute and also the average slope in percent! Depending of your setting, the v.s. is displayed in m/h or ft/h. During the whole activity and for each lap, your average positive vertical speed is computed and written in the fit file. If displayed as a single data field (see screen capture below) : first line the altitude and total ascent; second line the average 20s vs & slope; third line average 60s vs & slope; fourth line the average vs for the whole activity, your heart rate and the average vs for the current lap; and fifth line the average 240s vs. Do not hesitate to contact me for any problem (I haven't test all the 184 devices!).
