FLIGHT Trail is a full-screen trail running data field from FLIGHT, with a live elevation profile of your run. It runs inside Garmin's own Trail Run activity, so everything Garmin does still works: VO2 max, training status, auto-pause, laps, navigation and workouts. On one clean, dark screen: - Heart-rate zone gauge along the top, with your heart rate and zone (Z1-Z5) - Distance and time - Pace - Elevation profile: a flat line marks your starting elevation, and your run draws above it on the climbs and below it on the descents. The FLIGHT logo marks where you are now and changes colour with your heart-rate zone. - Total climb and descent either side of the profile The profile always fits your whole run, from a short loop to a full-day ultra. Distance, pace and elevation follow your watch's unit settings (km/m or miles/ft). Heart-rate zones come from your Garmin profile. SETUP (one time): 1. Install FLIGHT Trail from the Connect IQ Store. 2. On your watch, open the Trail Run activity, but don't press start yet. 3. Hold the menu button (or swipe to the settings) - Trail Run Settings - Data Screens. 4. Add a new screen (or edit one), choose the 1-field layout, and pick Connect IQ - FLIGHT Trail. 5. You can add it to Run or Hike the same way. If you place FLIGHT Trail in a smaller multi-field screen, it shows a compact pace view.
