FTMS Stair Stepper는 Connect IQ 데이터필드로, FTMS 호환 스텝퍼(계단 스텝퍼) 기기에 직접 연결하여 표준 Garmin 활동 안에 트레이너 지표를 기록합니다. 속도, 스텝 수, 케이던스, 페이스, 파워, 저항, 지원되는 경우 경사, 칼로리 등 다양한 데이터를 시계에서 기록하고 싶었다면 이 앱이 해답입니다. 사용 방법 Stair Stepper 또는 Floor Climb 같은 Garmin 기본 활동에 이 데이터필드를 추가하세요. 활동 편집 → 데이터 화면 → Connect IQ 필드. 활동을 시작하면 주변의 FTMS 스텝퍼를 스캔합니다. 내 기기가 표시되면 Start를 눌러 페어링하고 기록을 시작합니다. 주변에 기기가 여러 대 있으면 감지된 트레이너를 순서대로 표시하며, 추정 거리도 함께 보여주어 올바른 기기를 선택할 수 있습니다. 동적 트레이닝 프로필 최대 3개의 맞춤형 트레이닝 프로필을 만들 수 있습니다. 프로필은 지원되는 트레이너 제어를 자동으로 조정할 수 있으며, 지원 여부는 기기마다 다릅니다. 장비와 선호에 맞춘 구조화된 운동을 구성하는 데 도움이 됩니다. 중요한 호환성 안내 스텝퍼와 스테어 클라이머는 서로 다른 FTMS 프로필을 사용합니다. 이 앱은 페달을 번갈아 위아래로 밟는 스텝퍼용입니다. 에스컬레이터처럼 회전하는 계단 형태의 기기라면 FTMS Stair Climber 앱이 필요할 수 있습니다. 운동 후 FTMS 지표는 FIT 파일에 기록되며, 활동을 저장하면 Garmin Connect로 업로드됩니다. 활동 상세에서 Connect IQ 필드를 확인하세요.
