During a strength workout, Garmin shows the exercise name from its own catalog, sometimes a generic one. This data field shows the name exactly as written on your workout sheet. On screen: - the exercise name, in a large font fitted to your watch - load and notes from the sheet, when present (e.g. "20 kg · close grip") - both names of a superset, side by side - during rest, "Descanso" and the next exercise Sets, reps, automatic rep counting and Training Load stay the watch's own. The field only reads the current workout step; it stores nothing and asks for no permissions. How to use: 1. Send your workout to the watch with ExerciseConnect (exerciseconnect.app). The exercise name goes into each step's notes. 2. On the watch: Strength activity → Settings → Data Screens → add a 1-field screen → Connect IQ → "Exercício da ficha". 3. Start the workout and swipe to that screen. Also works with workouts built by hand in Garmin Connect: the field shows the step notes, or Garmin's exercise name when there are none.
