Development Note All projects are released free by design, with no paywalls. However, development time is limited. Supporting multiple Garmin devices and maintaining quality requires prioritization based on demand and user support. Widespread use without contributions limits further development. Continued updates, new device support, and feature improvements depend on tangible backing. If you want changes or support for a specific device, include: Exact Garmin model Clear description of the requested change A contribution to support prioritization One contribution can benefit many users by enabling ongoing development. Everything is free, but development cannot scale without support. Built for free, fueled by coffee - if you like the apps, consider supporting with a donation. PayPal - https://www.paypal.com/donate/?hosted_button_id=WTJHGNZHSV9FC Paypal.me - https://paypal.me/DanApt1?locale.x=en_US&country.x=IE Revolut - https://revolut.me/danielf0gg Battery Warrior is currently free of charge during this phase. Future development and long-term maintenance depend entirely on user interest. If support remains limited, a small one-time fee may be introduced later to sustain updates, or development may pause. BatteryWarrior – Energy Monitor BatteryWarrior is a lightweight utility built to help you better understand how your watch battery behaves over time. It tracks charge events, battery drain, and history to provide clearer battery insights and realistic time-to-empty estimates. User Manual 1) The Glance View This is the "at-a-glance" summary found in your widget carousel. Top Row: Shows the "Battery" label and your current drain rate (% per day) or "Charging" status. Bottom Row: Displays your current battery percentage and the date of your last full charge. 2) The Main Dashboard Tap the glance to open the full view, featuring a circular battery arc and a 4-panel data grid. Battery Arc: A green visual guide that turns red once you drop below your warning threshold. Data Panels: a) Since Charge: Total time elapsed since you last unplugged. b) Avg. Daily: Your daily drain rate based on your chosen history period. c) Last Charge: The duration of your most recent charging session. d) Empty In: A countdown timer estimating when your watch will hit 0%. 3) Navigation & History Graphs Swipe left or tap the main view to cycle through historical data. Timeframes: View battery trends across 7-day, 14-day, and 30-day graphs. Sampling: The background service records data every 30 minutes. a) Expect accurate graphs after 1-2 days of consistent use. b) Min/Max battery values are displayed at the bottom of each graph. 4) Customization & Settings Access settings by long-pressing the Menu button or swiping up on the main view. On-Watch Settings: a) Avg. Mode: Toggle calculation history between All History, Last 7 Days, or Last 14 Days. b) Estimate Mode: Switch "Empty In" logic between Hourly (recent drain) or Daily (historical average). c) Drain Warning: Toggles a "!" icon if drain exceeds 50% per day to flag potential errors. Connect IQ Phone App Settings: a) Warning Threshold: Set the "Red Zone" percentage (5% to 50%). b) Date Format: Choose between European, US, or ISO formats. 5) Charge Detection & Display Logic The widget is designed to be "set it and forget it" with smart hardware adaptation. Smart Detection: Uses system flags or battery jumps (3% or higher) to track charge sessions automatically. Display Optimization: AMOLED Screens: Uses muted, darker tones to actively reduce the risk of screen burn-in. 6) Quick Troubleshooting The "--" Symbol: This indicates the widget is still gathering data. It usually resolves within an hour. Calibration: For the most reliable "Empty In" estimates, allow the widget to run for at least 3 days. Restarts: If you reboot your watch, the background data collection will resume automatically without manual interv
새로운 기능
v1.6.5 - The `Since Charge` panel now adds a `Last BAT. %` line after charging ends and the app records a known battery percentage. v1.6.3 Synced Battery Stats: The glance view now uses the same calculation settings as the main widget, ensuring your battery history matches across the entire app. Improved Charge Detection: Small charging events (under 3%) no longer reset your drain calculations, keeping your long-term statistics more accurate. Better Reliability: Refined the logic for "Last Charge" durations to prevent inflated timers and fixed a crash when checking charging status in the glance view.
