A widget to display data from Open Weather Maps Any questions or bugs, please use "Contract Developer" at the right. You need an APIkey to use the widget. Please see https://openweathermap.org/appid To set your APIkey for the app, you use App Settings. Here's a basic "How to" for that: https://forums.garmin.com/developer/connect-iq/w/wiki/14/changing-your-app-settings-in-garmin-express-gcm-ciq-mobile-store If you like the app, and want to buy me a cold drink, you can do so by way of https://www.paypal.me/jimm58 The first time you run, it will start GPS long enough to get your location and use that for the weather data. After that, pressing start will get your current location and use that. On a VA3, long press of the screen will start GPS. On an Oregon or Rino, use the menu screen button But there's more! On newer watches, it will run a background process and update the weather every "x" minutes (configurable), so you'll see fairly current data when the widget is requesting the very latest. No delay! Two screens of data, with the time the data is from, as well as the location for the data! Things like the apikey and colors are configured with your phone or Garmin Express.
