A data field for enhancing your Garmin Coach training experience with coach Jeff Galloway. Configurable alerts tell you when to switch between running and walking during your "Run Walk Run® Long Run" workout sessions. "Always On" mode allows you to use the run/walk timer outside of Coach Galloway specific workouts. Try out different cadences easily by selecting one of Jeff's "Magic Mile" pace recommendations directly from the settings OR hone your personal style with a custom Run Walk cadence. If you're new to using data fields, the links below some good resources to help you configure them.
