GoMotion builds fully personal training programs — running, Hyrox, hybrid and strength — in the GoMotion phone app. This watch app brings those sessions to your Garmin: • Your upcoming scheduled sessions, automatically on the watch • Step-by-step guidance: intervals, distances, paces and rest — with vibration alerts • Real GPS distance for distance-based intervals • Sessions are recorded as real activities in Garmin Connect Setup takes seconds: install, open the app on the watch, and enter the 6-digit code in the GoMotion phone app (Menu → Pair watch).
