Displays current or average heart rate (HR) against a sliding scale and colored background defined by your HR zones. The current HR zone is displayed next to the HR value. If you like this data field please consider leaving a review and / or a donation via https://goo.gl/CuOOWZ The data field supports the following settings through Garmin Express or the Garmin Mobile App: * Text Color (Black/White) * Size of the display scale (20(40/60/80/100 bpm). I.e. how many bpm does the field width represent, to stretch the scale select a lower number. The default is 60 bpm. * HR Averaging Period (1 sec / 3 sec / 10 sec / 30 sec) * User profile zone data set to use (Generic, Biking, Running, Swimming). Default is Biking. This field can be combined with other data fields on multi-field training pages. On watch devices, note that this works best if placed in the upper half or as a middle field on the watch.
