Descrição
Leapload counts your jumps during volleyball and basketball practice and estimates the height of each one from the wrist. It detects the moment you leave the ground and the moment you land, turns the time in the air into a height, and checks the landing impact so arm swings and sprints are not counted as jumps. Every jump is added to your jump load: body weight times height, the work your legs and knees actually did. During a session you see the jump count, the height of the last jump, load per set or quarter and how your average height is holding up per ten jumps. Over the week Leapload compares your recent load with your usual load and suggests a lighter day when it spikes. A three-jump test in the morning compares your best jump with your own baseline so you can see how fresh you are. WHAT IT DOES - Counts jumps live and estimates each height from flight time, with landing-impact check - Jump load per session, per set or quarter, in kJ from your body weight - Fatigue: average height per ten jumps, drop from your best block, first half against second half - Weekly acute-to-chronic load ratio with a suggested number of jumps left for today - Three-jump readiness test against your own seven-test baseline - Training and match sessions saved to Garmin Connect with jump fields and a lap per set - Jump limit with a buzz, undo and add-a-jump, pause, history of 30 sessions - Centimetres or inches, height correction, five languages, and a glance with this week's jumps WHAT IT NEEDS - A watch with an accelerometer, worn snug on the wrist - Your body weight (taken from your Garmin profile, or set it yourself) - Heights are a wrist estimate: counts are reliable, a single height can be off by several centimetres
