Descrição
Ramprate watches the one number that a 2025 study of 5,205 Garmin runners linked to injuries: how much longer a single run is than your longest run of the past 30 days. Runs more than 10 % longer went with 64 % more injuries in that study, while changes in weekly mileage did not. Ramprate reads your run history on the watch, works out today's limit and suggests how far your next long run can go. The home screen shows today's limit, your longest run of the last 30 days, the date that run drops out of the window and how your last run compared. Swipe for a check of your planned run, a build-up plan to a goal distance, a 12-week chart of every run coloured by its jump, and your weekly volume for reference. Start a guarded run and the watch records a normal running activity that vibrates as you near the limit, pass your longest run and reach the limit. WHAT IT DOES - Today's limit: longest run of the last 30 days plus 10 % (or a stricter 5 or 8 %) - Planned-run check with the study's bands: within limit, small, moderate or large spike - Build-up planner: how many long runs and which date to reach a goal distance, with the first steps - 12-week chart of every run with the limit as a step line - Guarded run: records a running activity to Garmin Connect and vibrates at 90 %, your longest and the limit - Reads the Garmin activity history, including watches that report the wrong start dates - Add runs from other devices by hand, delete runs, count walks and hikes if you like - Kilometres or miles, five languages, and a glance with today's limit WHAT IT NEEDS - A watch that keeps an activity history (older models: add runs by hand or run with Ramprate) - GPS for guarded runs; no phone, no account, no internet
Novidades
Fixes a crash on older watches such as the fenix 5, Forerunner 935 and vivoactive 3.
