Tides, wind, waves and a fishing score on your wrist — with the tides computed on the watch itself, so they keep working without signal. TIDES THAT WORK OFFLINE Tidewise downloads the harmonic constants of your nearest tide station once, then predicts heights, highs and lows on the watch for any day. It is the same engine as the Tidewise iPhone and Android apps, and it matches official NOAA predictions to within minutes and centimetres. OVER 6,000 STATIONS Every NOAA station in the United States, Hawaii and Alaska, plus a global tide-gauge catalogue covering Asia, Australia, New Zealand and Europe. Far from any station, it falls back to a global tide model (marked ~). FIVE PAGES • Summary: a 24-hour instrument dial with daylight, every high and low, tide height, rising/falling, the next turn with a countdown, and the fishing score • Tide: today's curve with highs, lows and the current height • Wind: compass, Beaufort gauge, gusts, pressure trend and weather • Surf: sea-state gauge, wave height, period and direction, swell, wind waves and water temperature • 7 days: the best fishing score and time for each day Plus a glance with the next highs and lows. Pick a station from the menu or let the watch use its GPS position. Neon look on AMOLED watches, ink look on memory-in-pixel screens. English and Simplified Chinese. Want the tide on your watch face too? Master Angler – Fishing Watch Face, from the same developer, shows the next high or low tide, a tide curve, wind and waves around a pixel-art fishing scene. Search "Master Angler" in the Connect IQ Store. Weather and sea state come from Open-Meteo (CC BY 4.0) through the Garmin Connect app on your phone. Tide constants: NOAA CO-OPS and TICON-4 (CC BY 4.0, DGFI-TUM). Predictions are estimates. Storm surge and local conditions can push the real water level and sea state beyond any forecast — never rely on this app alone for your safety on rocks, jetties or a boat.
