Arclumen - daylight left, at a glance The sun arcs over a mountain ridge and tells you how much light you have left. Built for hikers, runners, skiers and anyone who needs to be off the trail before dark. • Sun arc over the ridge: The sun moves across the sky through the day. Golden hour and twilight are marked on the arc; after sunset the moon in its real phase takes over. • Light countdown: Time to sunset with the exact sunset time, and to sunrise after dark. Polar day and polar night show the number of days until the sun sets or rises again. • Computed on the watch: Sunrise, sunset, golden hour and civil twilight come from your last known position (phone weather or GPS). No phone and no signal needed on the trail. • Four configurable data fields: - Altitude - Barometer with 3-hour trend and storm alert - Temperature - Battery in days - Body energy - Moon phase - Sunset azimuth • Storm alert that knows you are climbing: The pressure trend is corrected for altitude change, so a long mountain ascent does not trigger a false storm alarm. • 8 themes: Sand, Amber, Lichen, Forest, Glacier, Dusk, Heather and Snow. On sunlit MIP screens Snow has a clean white background for high contrast outdoors. • Red night mode: Preserves night vision. Set to always on, or automatic after sunset. • Low-power Always-On mode for AMOLED screens: Thin outlines only, designed for battery efficiency and burn-in protection. • Dedicated Instinct 3 layout: - Instinct 3 Solar shows an optimized high-contrast layout with the sun arc in its circular window. - Instinct 3 AMOLED gets the dedicated sun-window layout. • Big stencil digits, 12/24 h format, metric or imperial units, hPa or inHg pressure. Settings: Connect IQ app → Arclumen → Settings. Privacy: All calculations and data stay 100% on your watch. Nothing is transmitted over the network.
