Like this face? Please leave a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating. NEW: NOW ANIMATED. Raise your wrist and the tree lights up, and the scene now follows the season on its own, from the first presents in November to the fireworks of the New Year. Christmas watch face with a decorated Christmas tree, falling snow and a countdown to the big day, illustrated from scratch: a winter night with a big rounded time in the sky above the star and 5 themes, from Classic red and green to icy Frost and a silver Night. THROUGH THE SEASON • 1 November to 23 December: countdown ("20 DAYS TO CHRISTMAS") and a pile of presents that grows, from 3 in November to 8 just before Christmas • 24 and 25 December: "MERRY CHRISTMAS", 11 presents, a bigger moon and a sleigh resting in front of it • 26 to 31 December: "4 DAYS TO 2027", then "NEW YEAR'S EVE", with a red sled under the tree • 31 December from 6 pm to 6 January: fireworks and "HAPPY NEW YEAR 2027" (the year is computed by the watch) • 7 January to 31 October: the tree goes back to the forest under thick snow, with a snowman and the sled. Prefer the lit tree all year? Set Season to Always festive ON WAKE (about 2 seconds, when you raise your wrist) • The 18 bulbs light up one by one along the garlands, the star flares and the snowflakes fall into place • 24 and 25 December: the star winks and the sleigh flies out from behind the tree to land in front of the moon, leaving a trail of gold sparkles • From the evening of 31 December: four rockets, four bursts, two stay in the sky WHAT YOU GET • Large, rounded, bold time, 12 h or 24 h (Time format: same as watch, 12 h or 24 h) • The date always at the top in your watch language, and a bigger seasonal line under it, in 26 languages • A moon at its real phase, computed on the watch: on Christmas Eve 2026 the sleigh crosses a true full moon • Christmas countdown: All year (default), From November 1, or Off for the date only • 5 colour themes, all free, each recolouring the whole scene: Classic, Frost, Golden, Candy cane (white tree, striped garland) and Night (silver) • 3 data slots, left and right of the tree and on the snow (default: temperature, battery, steps), 35 choices each: steps, distance, floors, calories, heart rate, Body Battery, stress, Pulse Ox, battery, notifications, 2nd time zone, weather, sunrise, sunset, altitude, recovery time, moon phase and more • Touch and hold a data slot to open the matching Garmin screen on touch watches that support it • Always-on mode on AMOLED watches: outlined time, date, seasonal line, a small star and the outline of the tree in dim colours (and the moon with the sleigh on 24 and 25 December), shifted every minute • MIP watches (fēnix 7 series, fēnix 8 Solar, Forerunner 255 and 955, Enduro 3) get a crisp 64-colour version of every seasonal scene, without animation • Settings on the watch (Customize menu) or in the Connect IQ app: theme, data slots, countdown, Season, Animation (On wake or Off), falling snow, twinkling lights, time format Good to know: weather, sunrise and sunset need a Garmin weather location synced from the phone. Free, with nothing locked, no ads and no account. New faces first: YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@astrawatchface TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@astrawatchface Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/astrawatchface/ All faces: https://www.astra-watch-face.com Now animated: raise your wrist and the tree lights up, bulb by bulb, then the star. The scene now follows the season by itself: presents pile up as Christmas gets closer, a sleigh lands in front of the real moon on 24 and 25 December (a true full moon on Christmas Eve 2026), fireworks from 6 pm on 31 December to 6 January with HAPPY NEW YEAR 2027, and a snowy tree with a snowman the rest of the year. Bigger date and seasonal line, now in 26 languages. I also added three settings: Season (Automatic or Always festive), Animation (On wake or Off) and Time format. Still free.
