That’s a deliberate choice. Every watch face and widget is made available without paywalls. But that comes with a constraint: time is limited. Building for Garmin devices is not trivial—each model introduces different constraints, and supporting them properly takes real effort. With finite time, priorities have to be set. Work goes where there is clear demand and tangible support. About the Community Dynamic Many users are comfortable paying for other watch faces. That’s normal—there’s nothing wrong with it. But it creates an imbalance where independent, free development gets used heavily without being sustained. If that continues, expansion stops. Not out of principle, but out of necessity.
