No subscription. See today's doses at a glance, mark one taken with a single press. Pill Reminder tracks medication and supplement times on your wrist. Garmin has no built-in tool for this, only generic phone notifications. It can wake the watch when a dose is due, even with the app closed, and repeats the reminder once after 30 minutes if the dose is still not taken. - Up to 6 medications or supplements, each with up to 4 times a day and optional days of the week - Today's doses in order: due now, taken, skipped, upcoming, missed after 2 hours - START marks the selected dose taken and records the time, menu has Skip and Undo - 7 day adherence percentage and a streak of fully taken days (counted over the last 30 days) - Glance shows the next or due dose without opening the app Controls: UP/DOWN pick a dose, START marks it taken, the menu icon at the top right opens Skip/Undo/Adherence/About. Touch-only watches: tap top/bottom to pick, middle row to mark taken. Not a medical device, do not rely on it as your only reminder for critical medication.
