介绍
Looking for an app that reliably records your rowing, with or without a rowing machine? You're in the right place. If your ergometer sends data to the watch, Rowing Tracker picks it up and shows it to you. If it doesn't, strokes, stroke rate, split and watts are calculated from your wrist motion and your input. You focus on what matters: the rowing. Use this tracker to track your indoor rowing with stroke rate, split and intervals. Want it customized? Feel free to contact us. Features: - Stroke rate and stroke count from the wrist, no extra sensor needed - A paired rowing machine takes over: if it reports the stroke rate, that number is used instead - Programmes: free row, time goal, distance goal, stroke goal, intervals - Interval presets (4x2:00/1:00, 6x1:00/1:00, 8x0:30/0:30, 5x4:00/2:00, 3x10:00/3:00) or your own work (up to 30 minutes), rest and rounds - Vibration at the phase change, a countdown in the last three seconds, BACK skips to the next phase - Split, watts, calories, heart rate and highest heart rate on two pages - Distance from the machine typed in after the stop, in 10, 25, 50 or 100 m steps - Metres per stroke learned from your saved rows, and a distance estimate during the row - Saved to Garmin Connect as indoor rowing, with strokes, average stroke rate, average split, average watts and the stroke-rate chart - The activity is named after the programme, such as "Intervals 4×2:00" - In intervals every phase is a lap - Start and stop only with the START button; wet hands cannot start or stop a recording by accident - No GPS, no location permission - Available in 28 languages How to use: 1. Pick a programme, confirm with START 2. START starts the recording 3. Swipe or press UP/DOWN for the second page 4. START stops the recording 5. Type in the metres from the machine's monitor, confirm with START 6. Resume, Save or Discard Settings in the Garmin Connect app: stroke source (automatic, wrist only, off), step of the distance entry, reset the calibration, countdown vibration, vibration at the goal, stop after the last round.
